Founder, Nexora People

Rajalakshmi Gopalakrishnan started in technology recruitment in 2012 — not managing a team, but doing the work itself: screening, sourcing, closing roles one at a time. That's the seat everything after it is built on. Over the next decade she rose from Recruitment Lead to Senior Client Manager, running a dedicated Search practice for Technology Services and building senior-executive and niche-position teams — and by 2023, she was Practice Head at SYMPHONI HR, building an entire Tech & Data hiring practice from the ground up: a team that grew past twenty-five people, working across product, consulting, and BFSI clients, adopting AI-driven sourcing tools ahead of most of the market.

In 2026, she went independent — and chose to specialize. Not because IT stopped mattering (it's still the deepest part of her practice), but because she saw a harder, more specific problem worth solving: Semiconductor, VLSI, and DeepTech companies in India, chasing talent that conventional recruiting keeps missing. Nexora People is that focused practice — new, deliberate, and built on everything the fourteen years before it taught her about what actually gets the right hire made fast.
